           Cooling system

       (water pump or industry chiller)

   Cooling system is for cooling down the CO2 laser tube

   to make sure the laser tube working in stabletemprature.

   It's installed out side of the machine and the cooling

   water pipes are linked with the laser tube.

About water pump:

Generally speaking a water pump is OK for 40W and 60W CO2 laser tube, but it require the operater keep attention on the water temprature, and need to replace the water every few hours. It is not efficient.

So for customers who have enough budget or run the machine in the tropics area, we suggest a lower powered indsutrial chiller for their 40Wand 60W laser engraving machine.

About industry chiller:

All high power (over 60W) Careel laser machines are equipped with industrial-grade water cooling chillers instead of water pump to keep better cooling effect, which extremely extend the lifetime of laser tubes.

Full-automatic temperature control chiller can adjust refrigerating output and water flow automatically to keep steady temperature according to different working environments. It enables Careel laser system to work very well even in tropical regions.

Meanwhile, when the temperature of laser tube goes too high after long run, the chiller will raise the alarm to remind you to change water or check if any failures happen.

[Optional accessory] - Rotary systems for Cylindrical Items
The Rotary systems allows you to engrave wine bottles, mugs, wood, and more.

Type A: For cylinders engraving, even objects have different diameters on each end. 
Type B: For cylinders engraving. 
It is specially designed for up & down working table lasers, it has been built to accommodate 
a large variety of shapes and sizes. The attachment easily adjusts for different lengths.
